The form contents are retained even when the page is reloaded #14

When you start creating an issue, leave the page (e.g., by going to Pull requests), and then return to Issues to create a new one, the contents of the previously started form will appear. The same thing happens when you hit the CTRL+F5 combo.

Intuitively, the form should clear when you leave the page. Optionally, a warning could appear first.
